You can find your exact donation cost in your sponsorship confirmation/reminder email. Please ensure to enter the correct amount and select the proper donation period if you are choosing to opt-in to auto payments (monthly, quarterly, or annually). Please specify your students name on the next page, if not all payments made from this form will go directly to the student associated with your name and email.
